Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, keep small pieces of information on your device. We use both sparingly.
These make the site work and hold no personal profile:
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| NEXT_LOCALE | Cookie | Remembers the language you chose | 1 year |
| tf-theme | Local storage | Remembers light or dark mode | Until cleared |
| tf-consent | Local storage | Remembers your cookie choice | Until cleared |
| tf-doc-* | Local storage | Keeps your latest document draft in each generator, on your device only | Until cleared |
Our own usage statistics set no cookie and store nothing on your device.
Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_* (up to 14 months) to count visits and measure page speed. If we use Microsoft Clarity, it may set cookies such as _clck and _clsk. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland these cookies are set only after you accept; elsewhere you can decline in the cookie banner.
If ads are shown and you accept, advertising partners such as Google may set cookies to show relevant ads and measure them. You can learn more and opt out at Google Ads Settings.
Use Accept or Decline in the cookie banner. To change your choice later, clear this site's data in your browser settings and the banner appears again; this also deletes saved document drafts. You can block cookies in your browser too, although the site may then not remember your preferences.
