By using tradingforms.com ("TradingForms", the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

TradingForms offers free trade document generators, shipping and pricing calculators, and reference guides to Incoterms and trade terms. Most tools run entirely in your browser. We may add, change or remove tools at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything illegal, including customs fraud, false declarations of value, origin or classification, or to evade sanctions or export controls
• create documents that misrepresent who issued them, such as a bill of lading presented as issued by a carrier that did not issue it, or a certificate of origin presented as certified when it was not
• attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale or reverse engineer the Service
• process content you do not have the right to use

Documents you create

You keep all rights to the content you enter and the documents you create, and you are solely responsible for them: their accuracy, their legal effect and how you use them. Templates are general formats. Some documents only have legal effect when issued or certified by someone else: a bill of lading by the carrier or its agent, a certificate of origin by a chamber of commerce or authority where required. Check the requirements of your customs authority, bank, buyer and carrier before you rely on a document.

Our intellectual property

The TradingForms name, website design, text and code belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission, except as the law allows. Incoterms® is a trademark of the International Chamber of Commerce; TradingForms is not affiliated with the ICC.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep every tool and page accurate, but we do not guarantee that results, documents or information are complete, current, error free or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TradingForms is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, goods or data, arising from your use of the Service or of documents and results created with it, including customs penalties, rejected documents, freight charges or delays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Third party links and services

The Service may link to or load content from third parties, such as official tariff databases, analytics or advertising. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
