How to make an invoice from one sentence
- Choose the document: proforma invoice, commercial invoice or purchase order.
- Describe the order as you would in a message, for example: "Indus Tiles, Karachi sells to Casa Ceramica, Valencia: 1,200 boxes of porcelain tile at $8.40, FOB Karachi, 30% advance."

Does the AI guess missing details?
No. It reads only what your text says: a name, price, quantity or date you did not write stays empty in the form, and an Incoterm is filled only when you name one of the 11 rules. You see everything it read before the form opens, and you can change any field afterwards.
Your text is sent over an encrypted connection to our own AI server, read once and not saved. The invoice itself stays in your browser, like every document made on TradingForms.
Which document should you choose?

Can AI create an invoice?
Yes. Describe the order in plain words and the AI fills in our invoice form with the parties, goods, quantities, prices and terms it finds. You check and complete the form, then download it.
Which documents can it fill?
A proforma invoice, a commercial invoice or a purchase order. From the filled form you can also go on to the bill of lading draft or certificate of origin.
What if it reads something wrong?
You see what it understood before the form opens, and every field in the form can be edited. Nothing is downloaded or sent until you choose to.
Does it calculate totals and tax?
The form does: line amounts, discounts, freight, insurance and tax are calculated by our document engine, not by the AI, so the figures always add up.
Is it really free?
Yes. There is no sign up and no paid plan. Each visitor gets a number of free runs per hour (a fair use limit that keeps the tool fast for everyone); when it resets you can write again.
Is the invoice saved on your server?
No. The sentence is read once by our AI server and not stored, and the invoice draft is kept only in your own browser.
