How to draft a contract with AI
- Choose the agreement: sales contract, supply, distribution, sales agency, consignment, NDA, service, rental or another agreement.
- Name the parties: company names, cities and countries.
- Write the agreed terms: the goods or service, price and currency, payment terms, delivery or term dates, territory, and anything else you agreed.
- Add the governing law if you have agreed one, then press Draft agreement.

What does the draft contain?
The parties, purpose, the main obligations of each side, price and payment, delivery or term, confidentiality where it fits, liability stated neutrally, termination, notices, governing law, entire agreement and a signature block. Clauses are numbered (1, 1.1, 2) so you can discuss changes line by line.
Is an AI contract legally binding?
A contract binds the parties when they agree and sign it, however it was drafted. That is why this tool gives you a draft, not legal advice: it never invents amounts, penalty figures or a governing law, and it marks missing terms as [placeholders].
