Policy or SOP?
A policy says what the rule is and why. An SOP says how to carry it out step by step. A credit policy sets the limits and approvals; the SOP explains how sales staff check a limit before confirming an order. Write the steps with the AI SOP generator.
Is the policy legal advice?
No. Employment, privacy and consumer rules differ by country, and the AI never invents laws or legal figures; it uses [placeholders] where one is needed. Check HR and customer facing policies with a local adviser.
Your details are sent over an encrypted connection to our own AI server, used once to write the text and not saved. We do not keep a copy, we do not use it to train a model, and you do not need an account. The tool is free with a fair use limit of a few runs per hour, so it stays fast for everyone.

Frequently asked questions
What should a company policy include?
A purpose, the scope, clear policy statements, who is responsible, how exceptions are handled and when it will be reviewed. The generator writes those sections from your rules.
Can I use it for HR policies?
Yes, for example leave, attendance, phone use or remote work. Check them against local employment law, which the AI does not add on its own.
What is the difference between a policy and a procedure?
A policy states the rule and why it exists; a procedure (SOP) gives the steps to follow it. Most rules need both.
Can it write in other languages?
Yes. Choose the language under the form: English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, Hindi or Chinese. Names, numbers and product codes are kept exactly as you typed them.
Is what I type saved?
No. Your details are sent over an encrypted connection to our own AI server, used once to write the text, and not stored. We do not keep a copy or use it to train a model.
Is it really free?
Yes. There is no sign up and no paid plan. Each visitor gets a number of free runs per hour (a fair use limit that keeps the tool fast for everyone); when it resets you can write again.
