For the sum of USD 450.00 (US Dollars Four Hundred Fifty Only), paid by cash, the receipt of which is acknowledged, Daniel Ortiz ("Seller") sells and transfers to Priya Shah ("Buyer") the firearm described below, on 19 October 2026, in Travis County, Texas.
The Seller states that the Seller is the lawful owner of the property, that it is free of all liens and encumbrances, and that the Seller has the right to sell it.
The property is sold as is, where is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Buyer has had the chance to inspect it and accepts its present condition.
The Buyer states that the Buyer is of legal age to buy and own this firearm, is not prohibited by federal, state or local law from receiving or possessing a firearm, and is a resident of the state named above. The Seller states that the Seller has no knowledge or reason to believe that the Buyer is prohibited from owning a firearm. Both parties will follow the federal, state and local laws that apply to this transfer, including any background check or licensed dealer transfer the law requires.
